"Remarkable new enthusiasm! I have nothing but
positive feedback from everyone who attended..., students, instructors,
staff and
guests. One instructor described meeting Roger as one of the high points
in his life, and another took the next day off to try recording techniques
Roger had discussed." David Raine--Vancouver Film School
There are three courses in the pipeline at this time, with more to be added soon.
Master
Class-2 Mixing (2008)
Master Class-1 Recording (on hold)
Master Class/ Pro Tools Certification Tour (under Construction)
The 2001 through 2005 Master Classes were a smash hit in Miami, with participants flying in from as far away as L.A., Vancouver, and Mexico City. In 2006 Roger is taking the tour on the road. Sites are booked, the peanut butter and jelly sandwitches are packed, and the Roger Nichols Master Class World Tour is cleared for takeoff.
The current class is:
MC-2 "Mixing--The Tips & Tricks That Make It Easy"
The tour is visiting major cities around the U.S., Canada, and points south of the border. If you are interested in attending one of the Master Classes, check out the course outline and then go to the Registration page. The registration process will find a seat in a city of your choice. If there is an available seat for an existing date, you will be notified. If your city choices are currently booked, you will be placed on the waiting list based on your registration number. If there are enough requests for your area another date will be added to your region of the country. The Crash Course is held on Saturday or Sunday.
Classes are small to allow the best possible interaction between Roger and the participants.
Here we have some photos from past events and information about current courses forming. Roger just flew in from Vancouver, and boy are his arms tired.
