Quality Assurance
Roger Nichols formed Digital Atomics to provide quality mastering at an affordable price geared for the independent producer and independent record label. Digital Atomics is set up so that the client sends their master via FedEx, Roger masters the project and sends back a CD ref, usually within one day. The client usually approves the ref on the first pass. So far after nine years Roger is batting 1000. Every ref sent to a client has been approved the first time. After approval, the CD master is cut, verified for audio quality and error checked on a Stage Tech EC2 CD error checker, and then sent to the CD plant chosen by the client.
